This is my belief of how it could play out, I’m doing a synopsis here and of course this includes Devolution. Due to never conceding the 2020 election, if the election of 2020 is decertified and several states show fraud then the electoral votes for Biden are null and void, as is the popular vote, all the senate and house votes as well. As the country is set up for a full forensic audits of all 50 states minus those that have completed an audit, the military steps in it will have a lot on it’s plate keeping peace, tribunals etc.
I read it as after the fraud is confirmed and the 2020 election is declared null and void, then we will have to run another election.

It is possible that Trump returns to office as President in 2022 and he legally can run for 2024 as well.

I don't think all of his messages are meant for us. They might be to trigger actions/emotions on the other side. Also, he didn't mention 2024.
