Reference your 0.2mg/KG I believe that's correct also (I recall vividly the amount of 0.2mg - 0.4mg per KG as advice in a very detailed post) so maybe the 0.2mg/KG is the lower side, I am not a Dr so no advice is implied, just stating what I read.
I'm rather late to this party but according to Clif High, the most important thing is vitamin D level. Unfortunately, this has to be built up over time (weeks) but definitely take D3 anyway.
It is probably the Biltricide causing the problem - not the Ivermectin. Despite our best efforts to advice people to buy early, people still waited too long to get the Ivermectin over the counter. We warned them to get it while they still could. Who knows how long it will take to restock supplies - if ever. Now people are going to have to use telemed services to get a script. Taking a mixed product like this is not good and we were afraid this is exactly what people would end up doing.
That is the whole point. Yes, you can still find it here and there - but you are going to pay a highly inflated price for it. I have seen a tube, which has about 5 doses per 250lbs, at almost $50 for something I was paying $3.99 for. The other problem with using the paste is that people are so timid they have a tendency to under dose - that is why the overdose stories were so ridiculous. I have had many patients that tried to do that with antibiotics. They would cut the dosage in half so they could have some for later. With some antibiotics like azithromycin, a huge 1.000mg dose can be taken at once and that's it. Otherwise it's 500mg a day for three days to treat a sinus infection. If people do not dose these medications right, it does not effectively deal with the pathogen. It will selectively allow the stronger versions to survive - think antimicrobial resistance.
I recommend that if people do not know how to dose the paste, get the prescription. That Canadian pharmacy is expensive. There are anons that have used various sites to test them out, so they know they will work. Like I said, the time to stockpile the paste is gone. So, other options will have to be explored. One tube of paste is enough to treat one sick person for a few days. Day one, day three, and day seven, then once a week for maintenance - especially if you are constantly being exposed. My advice to people is do not wait - get some prescriptions now while that window is still open. Glad you got yours.
My (not a doctor, this isn't advice) understanding is that it generally won't hurt you, almost certainly won't help you, costs more, and is more likely to cause weird side effects. The general consensus I've gathered is to avoid it.
I am not advocating a mixed blend of horse paste, but I have used a mix blend and while it scared the shit out of me, I did it. My horse did well, and is now ok. Pure paste is the way to go, but the large dose of praziq did no harm. Praziq is also used for humans....it too is for parasites...hope that helps to calm your nerves...
We have been warning people for months not to purchase mixed products. It needs to be a stand alone Ivermectin not mixed with anything else. You are going to have to bite the bullet and find a doc that will write a script for HCQ or Ivermectin pills. Use the FLCCC telemed service and they can ship. It will cost about $200 from start to finish. Been hearing complaints about the Frontline Docs telemed service - some of their newer docs that contracted with them are pushing the jab. Not sure what they are doing to screen them.
The window for getting Ivermectin paste has closed. That is why we told everyone month's ago to get some to have on hand in case someone got sick. It was just a matter of time before the demand completely outstripped the supply. Do not take other products just because it may contain Ivermectin. The Biltricide may be what is causing the problem. It is used in humans to treat different types of parasites - mostly that cause schistosoma and for liver flukes. Do not take these together to treat Covid. Do not take any more. If you are taking other meds, there may be a contraindication.
Praziquantel

Looks like there's some good info here: https://www.drugs.com/mtm/praziquantel.html

I have taken the Ivermectin/praziquantel and it worked fine for me, even gained some weight afterward.
Ate an amount for a 650 lb horse over around a 4 day period, mine had the fake apple flavor.
