We have both 1 and 2 running the nation at the same time. Two administrations in 1 country, in the shadow. This scenario is.... interesting and dangerous. We have a 50/50 chance of winning and losing. Should WW3 started in Asia, America might fall into a 2nd civil war.

You're wrong on the 'billionaires' part. These people have trillions of dollars to throw at shit. If you own the world banks, you're looking at many trillions of dollars. That's the real wealth these people have.
