Just like the fake Russian collusion, or Trumps call to Ukraine President made up of whole cloth MSM lies to give credence, that’s what the vaccine mandate is.

The real concern I have is the 2020 election fraud that hasn't been addressed yet.
Also I am curious to see what the health insurance industry does starting next month. If another year passes of a nothingburger that will be a telling sign that these mandates have no momentum heading into 2022.
The federal employee jab has an EO. We need a class action against that!
It doesn’t say anything about a jab. Look it up in the register.
Yes it does, can you guys clarify what you're taking about...
"Accordingly, building on these actions, and in light of the public health guidance regarding the most effective and necessary defenses against COVID-19, I have determined that to promote the health and safety of the Federal workforce and the efficiency of the civil service, it is necessary to require COVID-19 vaccination for all Federal employees, subject to such exceptions as required by law."

This is where it gets really bad: COVID safety protocols for federal contractors and their subcontractors (and their subs, all the way down): https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2021/09/14/2021-19924/ensuring-adequate-covid-safety-protocols-for-federal-contractors
No explicit mention of vaccine in the EO. Here are the details: https://www.saferfederalworkforce.gov/contractors/

I used the wrong keyword search. “Vaccine” vs “vaccination”. Thanks for the heads up.
So if no govt mandate, it is the employer who is mandating and firing his employees. I actually think the better route is to sue the company/employer who is firing people. When companies start going down, others wont be so quick to fire their employees without cause.
Just recently I saw vids of restaurant owners saying they have to or will be fined. How can you be fined if the mandate doesnt exist? But what would cost that owner more, the pretend fine or the lawsuit for damages of unlawful terminations? Its really the business owner that needs to fight back, not the employees.
So far no new updates at work, either they're bluffing as well or they already have us "anti-vaxxers" on a lay off list and are trying to keep it quiet.
I think it's a panic tactic.
"We are gonna mandate a vaxx!
-Ok, let's vax everyone before the mandate drops so we don't have any more downtime. We've already been hit hard, no need to wait for harder repercussions.
-It's not useful anymore since everyone already did it, but here is the mandate anyway so I can look good on camera."
Even the EO for federal workers doesn’t say anything about a vaccine.
Yes it does. Says it in the EO. Im a federal sub contract employee. Still not complying but its in there
My girl is fed subcontractor too and she says its in there
It is.
EO14043; Sec. 2 "Mandatory Coronavirus Disease 2019 Vaccination for Federal Employees. Each agency shall implement, to the extent consistent with applicable law, a program to require COVID-19 vaccination for all of its Federal employees, with exceptions only as required by law. The Task Force shall issue guidance within 7 days of the date of this order on agency implementation of this requirement for all agencies covered by this order."
