Seriously had to defend my gripes against the jab mandate in LA against 3 libs. First things first. Im not human according to them. 2nd, my sources are invalid because its not msnbc. 3rd i deserve to die according to them (and theyre supposedly my friends). 4th im a murderer because i refuse to get this vaccine. And 5th i dont deserve freedom because i wont do what dafdy gov tells me. How the fuck do you guys defend against 3 liberals 2 yelling at you and 1 (allegedly) moderating. Fucking hell!

Wish I would have thought of this one. They did hit me with emotional shit immediately. Now I'm the devil. It's okay though. I've lost plenty of friends during my awakening. Soon I'll have nothing left. That's when I will really break. The most dangerous creation of any society is a man with nothing left to lose.

Or something to that effect
It's "we" not you and "lost everything" not have nothing. I think
Fair enough. Cant wake up this morning. Yargh.
This is exactly why I don't engage with liberals at all, at least not on anything remotely political.
I have tried. Repeatedly. They have proven that they simply are not qualified to consume any of my time. All redpilling of liberals by me must be done as a monologue rather than a dialogue. Post a meme, and let them process it on their own time.
They are not mentally equipped to handle an actual logical, rational discussion with an intelligent person, based on factual information; they instead substitute a bunch of mindless bumper-sticker slogans and insane hysterical theatrics. You can almost feel your I.Q. dropping as they go.
It is as though the higher cognitive processing centers of their cerebral cortex are hijacked and completely overridden by the primitive, reptilian portions of the brain most closely associated with sex and fear (primarily) and other emotional processing.
The last paragraph is exactly what happens when one experiences fear or anger. It short circuits higher cortical functions.
You have us fren!
This is called a rhetorical appeal to emotion or pathos. The rhetorical triangle consists of Logos (appeal to logic), Ethos (appeal to authority / credibility), and Pathos (appeal to emotion).
Generally an appeal to emotion is considered to be the strongest type of appeal and an appeal to logic is the weakest when attempting to persuade average persons.
I personally am most persuaded by logic and least persuaded by emotion.
You should generally attempt to appeal to all three when forming arguments before a group of people with a bias towards emotional appeals.
If you find this interesting I suggest doing further reading on the topic of "rhetoric."
They must not have been "good" friends or they really thought you were all those things before and just liked hanging out with you for some reason. At least you know how they feel and can leave them behind or try to stay friends with them (which I think would be a bad thing--because of trust issues).
I rarely interact with them as it is. At this point I only interact with them when playing video games.
