Correct, but it will soon exist. Soon businesses will forced into this policy, or fined into oblivion by OSHA. I'll be surprised if it's not approved by the end of the week.
Also, anyone that understands how OSHA works within civil law, will know that all it will take is for a few pro-vax employees to file OSHA complaints, and it will set the companies up for huge lawsuits. Lawsuits cost a minimum of $100k just to settle, and usually 2-3x that just to go to trial and defend (not including the judgement). Even winning a civil lawsuit costs an employer $250k.
The choice will soon be comply, or go out of business.
The tide is pushing against this... Help drive the tide.
I’m a large employer (way over 100) and I’m pushing back as much as possible.
This is like being caught between a rock and a hard place for businesses and employees.
And that’s exactly what the Commies want in order to get the number of vaxxed up and crash the economy for their great re-set).
Hope the white hats step in soon.
Have you thought of restructuring into total employment/90 employees? It is also a great way to train people for more responsibility. They get a better title and run a small corp that can be grown. You will get better input and a deeper bench.
We have over 600 in several states. That’s not a really an option for a number of reasons, but I appreciate the thought.
Once the official guidance/ruling is released, we’ll look for ways to minimize the damage.
We’re working on sourcing test kits for our employees at our expense.
