Okay.... I'm not prepared to give a link, but as I write I'm always thinking I'm here to help. So I did a cursory search on organ harvesting and here is one link with Dr. Paul Byrne explaining it in horrifying detail. . There are many other sources as well.

You cannot make this shit up as to how evil this world actually is.
