569 Flags someone in my neighborhood displayed yesterday North of Houston. Nearly ALL neighbors in full support. Some were concerned that a "flag in distress" should only be flown in "dire emergency". I think we're there. When I first saw this displayed in my town it spoke volumes. Had to look up meaning. I just can not bear to do this to my Old Glory.... yet.
This comment is pretty symbolic of the problems I faced growing up in America.

The irony here is clutching onto your patriotism while people of your town are exhibiting signs of distress.
