I mean in theory this is true but in practice all 3 branches of government create law. Prob shouldnt be that way but it is

Any branch that "creates" law is illegitimate....and any law created to control the people's behavior is bunk. I will agree that most anyone nowadays seem to think that they can make law.....ain't so. Their farcical creations are color of law.
