IF this is the case then why did the U.S. military vaccinate millions of Vets with the smallpox vaccine before we were deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan in 2002-2020?
Who is the most likely to suffer a biological attack. Civilians at home, or soldiers in a war zone? I'd say it was just good risk evaluation that lead to that decision.
