How to get it as a file to download?
Open the website twittervideodownloader.com and then copy the video address into the download bar, then click download. From the options that pop up, right click and save.
I use an app on my phone called DownloadManager. Copy the link into the browser part of the app and when you play a video you will see an option pop up to download.
