The people in Boston were essentially cut off from supplies due to British Navy crackdown in reaction to the Boston Tea Party, passed by Parliament as part of the Coercive Acts. The harbor was closed to incoming or outgoing traffic, and the only way to bring food in or out was by land. People used their own wagons, horses, and carts to bring food to Boston from as far away as North and South Carolina. Those who live in more free states may need to prepare for this type of action to help our less free patriots.

This is worse than taxation without representation. American tax dollars now are being used to wage war against Americans.
Interesting note about the land routes. Desantis timing in Florida is spot on for allowing all those container ships to dock there.
Another example from history would be the Berlin Airlift after WWII.
Yes, we need to start NAMING this covert genocidal WWIII strategy - [co-opting our farmland; an armada of ships blockading essential supplies + perhaps poised to cut undersea communication cables; incapacitating the work force while destabilization key institutions; etc.] for what it is: an attempt to inflict a siege (material, psychological, spiritual) on us. It’s being used worldwide in key areas, i.e. ‘battlespaces’ against resistance.
(Or even possibly these container ships also function as Trojan Horses, full of combatants and war machines? Is this why all our U.S. military equipment was left behind in Afghanistan vs. returned to help defend people here or elsewhere?)

Included in that spectrum are the biowarfare (‘poisoning the wells’/covid/vax) aspects of the siege:
I'm lucky to live in the Midwest with a lot of farming communities around. But the winters can get pretty tough without a lot of fresh produce. Still, any city or town with a farmer's market can use the market to make friends, make connections with farmers . . . who knows, it may pay off when the SHTF.
We Free State Floridians can surely barter with you, you could trade grain for fresh fruit?
Do I need to make some hardtack?
That looks more tasty.
