After spending the first half of my life as a blue collar, dirty hands worker, I've always had the habit of washing my hands multiple times throughout the day. Not a germaphobe by any means, I just like clean hands. But last year, when everyone started going nuts with the hand washing, hand sanitizer, etc, I went the opposite way, and decreased my hand washing. Trying to hide from a virus is stupid, better to keep the immune system healthy and let nature do its job.
I supplement with a few mgs of HCQ every 2 weeks as a preventative measure. Plus complete supplement regime as well. I have horse paste and ivermectin on standby for emergencies.
I am not going to wait for these fuckers to try and trip things up.
Don't trust that they are not trying to put stuff out there to destroy natural immunity.
I don't think your body even needs these antibodies. I think there is another immune system memory system which prevents re-infection. Can't remember its name.
