There absolutely WERE "Weapons of Mass Destruction" and they were large supplies of sarin gas.
"Weapons of Mass Destruction" does include large quantities of neurotoxic gas; it doesn't strictly need to be nuclear armaments, just weapons that can cause "mass destruction."
They WERE in Iraq. This is how they fooled Military Intelligence to invade Iraq -- the Military isn't that corrupt to go along with the "Saudi Arabia and Pakistan are responsible, so we must take out Iraq, I guess..." narrative.
Before a single boot got on the ground in Iraq, they had already moved the sarin gas to Syria. They used the same gas to justify invading Iraq to frame Assad and justify taking out Syria. Assad isn't a "good" guy, no dictator is, but just because we don't like him doesn't mean we should look the other way if a frame job is going on.
I'm not 100% on everything that happened next, but this is the best I can surmise:
Since Hillary lost, they were desperately trying to get Trump to end up in another Middle Eastern conflict -- the same one that they designed for Hillary to handle after U1 led to nuke going off on American soil and the fissile material would be traced back to Russia (either North Korea or Syria would have been the patsy bomber). Syria would have joined Russia in a last-ditch effort to survive, and ISIS would have been used by the CIA to let US and maybe Israeli troops march to Russia through Syria and then Turkey.
Fortunately, Trump didn't take the bait, U1 blew up in their face, and Putin came in with an incredible secret agent led assist (Putin was/is a spymaster after all). After a brisk supply-chain war behind the scenes, ISIS was dismembered before many of the Cabal players could blink.
