They also sent out notice that all their vendors have to comply as well. Coworkers that are not wanting the vaccine are considering taking the jab to keep their job and to avoid retaliation. I am scared and don’t know what to do. This isn’t right and it doesn’t appear this is going away anytime soon.

How can an employer even make an educated determination if someone's religious exemption is valid or not?
They dont have a right to by EEOC Title 7 from what I cantell
