You fear this for a reason. It's a historic Game Plan we first know of being used during Rome.
Rome conquered so many areas that the only way they could exert the sort of order they needed was to impose a brutal rule of law with only the objective of "Kiss the Ring." It's actually why Pontious Pilate & the time God chose for Christ to be born was so epic. This was arguably the most Tyranny the Land of God had ever seen - and what did God's Chosen People ( what they thought of themselves - Pharisees ) do? Instead of reading and understanding Isiah etc and recognizing what was going on - they turned on the Son of their Own Lord and demanded that Tyranny kill him. It's not unlike today with the Vax Mobs rolling around demanding we abide their law "or else" and casting us out.

Look - what is going to happen is Peace Officers have been steadily replaced with Law Enforcement for decades now by openly backing corruption. These cops were all underpaid for a reason and oversight was removed in many cases to ensure they would turn so leverage could be hung over them and good cops ( like Serpico ) rinsed out. It's systematic.
They will do what was done in Nazi Germany where the first thing to go is cops - replaced by a new National Police force. Look in Democrat cities where cops have left in droves. They arrest criminals and get hurt - only for charges to get dropped. Why would they stay and risk their lives for shit pay and injuries?
They will come for the guns. They will use attacks on Vaccine lines and forced mandates on Children and the refusal of areas to force martial law and weapons confiscation. They have planned all of this for decades.
My biggest fear is already proven. That the general public in this country has been so traumatized they have Stockholm Syndrome and literally crave the boot to the face. They want it. They did nothing after JFK. They did nothing after Waco. They did nothing after 9/11. They did everything they were triggered into last summer and ran amok. They are programmed and dominated almost entirely. A lot of people are going to get hurt. A lot of people need us to look after them.
I didn't mean to turn this into a sort of manifesto - the words are jumping out of me.
My fear - seeded by recurring nightmares - is a controlled release of weaponized smallpox ( or a virus like it ). They were able to get the entire world to submit over a ~1.3% death rate. What happens when we see a %5 or 15% death rate?

REX84 basically means completely dissolving the Constitution and going into the fully open Continuity of Government full Banana Republic scenario.
REX84 = Readiness Exercise 1984 - which was the first time a REX plan had come out. REX84 is basically a varnacular now used to refer to COG / Continuity of Government being implemented - like the act of kicking off the "full show" of no longer pretending the Constitution Matters and going full bunga.
