Last night, I rewatched a documentary that changed my life: Fathead.
Before that documentary, I had spent 10+ years trying to lose weight following the "recommended guidelines" (sugar is good, load up on carbs, don't eat much meat, fat is evil, everyone eats too much protein already, etc), and kept gaining more and more weight.
After I watched Fathead when it first came out, I switched to that documentary's recommendations (plenty of protein and fat, no more than 100g of Carbs per day), and the weight just came right off.
So, last night I rewatched Fathead again, and now that we're "awake" to the cabal and deep state, the movie takes a on such a sinister undertone...
You should give it a watch if you haven't before... in today's world with what we now know about the "elites", it's all so obvious now...
Funny you mentioned this.
