All carbs will elevate blood sugar. It's just that some do it a little quicker than others.
All carbs break down to glucose, or glucose and fructose. Both of those are of no real benefit to humans. You can do it, but that does not mean it is necessary or healthy.
Of course, fiber does not break down (by definition), but it is harmful to the digestive tract, and should be avoided.
I'll take your "no fiber" rule and raise you my husband's liquid shits the second he gets out of bed and races to beat me to the bathroom before I have to spend 15 minutes in there for my before work routine. Been fighting that battle for 2 decades. Stank ass beats exhaust fan every time.
