Yep, people dont understand this at all. The go on crazy diets, no this, no that, its just crazy. If you just eat everything in moderation you can be quite healthy.
Cut down on anything thats processed and refined (especially sugars) and you will be fine.
Start by balancing your proteins, fats and carbs and eating them every 3-4 hours and you'll be off to a good start. Just make sure these 3 macros are healthy and not overly processed crap.
