We got duped into thinking fats are bad and sugar is good. The thing is, is that it is completely false. Why do they push sugar into everything? Do parasites thrive in a host that has high levels of sugar. The more truth that is revealed is going to shock a big portion of people. I think parasites are the problem to everything regarding our health. No wonder we never get a yearly de-wormer or anti-parasitic, but all other animals do. Things that make you go hnmmm. Just my opinion so take with a grain of salt.
So does Candida Albicans, a common and necessary fungus in our digestive systems that can get out of hand and infect blood and organs if not kept in balance. It feeds on excess sugar consumption.
There's some evidence that pathogenic fungus is also correlated with certain cancers
From personal anecdotal experience, once one has a candida overgrowth ALL carbohydrates have to be eliminated from the diet. Sugar is #1 on the list, followed by bread, pasta, potatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes, pumpkins and even legumes. Even fruit and honey. ALL. This is a new lifestyle, not just a six-week purge or something, because the fungus will burst into action if you consume a baked potato, even after a lengthy period of being good. Stupid doctors will prescribe antifungal drugs, which work only as long as you are taking them. Good for a jump start, but then they advise you to eat WHOLE GRAINS, fruits and vegetables. Trust me, such uninformed eating does not work.

Parasites do live well off sugar, just like cancer.
