Tax-payer funded child torture and murder. Do children have no rights? If they refused the drug they would have their stomachs cut open for a tube. This happened 2 decades ago. Why has no one been charged?

PS. I'm not directing these questions to you Dogsoldier, it's just all this has been swept under the rug and so much time has passed. The latest info on any of this was from 2009. Are any of these kids, who would now be adults, still alive?
