To some degree perhaps, but the danish election system is quite secure. All paper ballots, no mail-in just absentee, where you can vote at the nearest townhall or public library (exceptions perhaps for sick and handicapped). You are mailed a voting card, just before the election. If you don't do absentee voting, then you have to go to vote in person at a predefined place like your local school gym. Here you present the voting card, get crossed off a preprinted list, and receive your paper ballot. The counting is manual and open and the results are sent electronically to the Ministry of Internals.
On the evening we usually have the result. Next day(s) the ballots are counted again (more fine tuned) and perhaps this can move a few seats here and there. When all is done, the tally of all voting places are printed in the two major newspapers, so anybody can verify.
You might see some local fraud, but it is next to impossible to be systematic.
