He also says a ton of “over the top” references during his seasons on 30 rock. Can’t say if he’s good or bad tho, but it wouldn’t surprise me if he’s a white hat playing a role.
Interesting. I can't say I followed him well or even tho I've seen 30 Rock, I don't really remember it or him in it. I remember him in Betlejuice tho.
I also saw him in Glengarry Glen Ross bc I was a huge Pacino fan at one time in my past lol and Alec did do v well in his brief appearance there. Lately he seems off the rails but that would fit "off the rails lunatic" or acting like a liberal off the rails lunatic.
His brother is a Christian and the exact opposite so idk, I know demons fight to stay alive in a person but still...much to ponder.
I just randomly started rewatching 30 Rock recently (about 2 months ago). Didn't remember it well either.
It's CHOCK FULL OF COMMS. My initial thought was it felt like a White Hat production. In fact I've gotten white hat vibes from a few NBC shows from the era - Parks and Rec comes to mind. And the Apprentice. 30 Rock is over the top with the references to stuff WE know though, and it makes a point of pointing out just how military industrial General Electric (NBC) really is. Its a weird rewatch for sure. And pretty funny!
