So I posted like a week ago asking for help compiling links and info to send an HR bomb in relation to them requiring mandatory testing to clock in at my work. Only the unvaxed will be tested. As usual You frens gave me nothing but gold. The policy and rude letter from the CEO was so unpopular they are holding a "townhall" for questions and concerns.
Can I have some suggestions for questions and concerns, so I can cut the fat out and not go on a rant. I have to send my supervisor my questions and concerns by 8 am PST.

You are required to disclose any and all potential conflicts of interest (COI) including public and personal investments in the pharmaceutical companies manufacturing COVID vaccines, as well as COIs via private contracts with the local, state, and federal government. Can you please provide the full list of any financial conflicts of interest? Have you received any money from the federal or state government to promote COVID vaccinations? Ask why you supervisor is coercing you into a MAN DATE where an unwanted little prick will inject/ejaculate gene altering fluid into you. Ask them how this MAN DATE is any different than being forced to sleep with the boss to keep your job.
I strongly suggest that you open with a sincere compliment to the Company you work with and appreciate them holding the forum. That speaks volumes. But be sure it is real and speaks from your soul.
This is a very difficult time for all employers and employees. The very good news is that 1/3 or more of citizens had Covid and recovered and Natural Immunity is cited as the very best defense. Vaccines are available as well. And therapeutics like Hydroxycholoquin have others have the virus on the run.
Be reasonable, measured and listen also.

I countered your down doot for other reasons.
First of all you need to find out WHICH test they will be using on you. Then you need to counter that test and the fact that they have no test for specific variants and how they harm you. If its the PCR test, the FDA has ordered ALL PCR tests destroyed and no longer used as of Dec 31, 2021, because they do not work. So there is that.

Until you know which type of test it is you really can't combat it, unless you want to go with the fact that there is no test to test for this, then there is a lot more digging to do to prove that.
By what authority do have the right to insist you inject something into your body that you don't want? If they say, the government is the authority we must obey, then ask them where the government gets their authority? (the people) and remind them that the Supreme law of the land is the US Constitution, and the constitution guarantees you the right and freedom to make your own decisions.
