The First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States reads as follows:
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."
"Free exercise, thereof" meaning that how I choose to exercise my faith is MY choice and MY discretion. No company has the authority or even the fucking right to deem what is and is not "sincere religious devotion" and any attempt to do so is a blatant Civil Rights violation.
My frens... the time is here to fight back. I know I have railed against some of you for crying over being kicked out of the satanic system. And I still stand by these beliefs. You should not cry over material things. I know it sucks to have to go through this. I'm right there with you in that I would rather not. But here we are. My emphasis for calling these concerns out is to get to you to accept that what they can give they can also take and that essentially you already have nothing. And if you already have nothing, or rather have all to lose anyway, then why not make the best of it and fight back. If the system is going to fail, why not try and take it from them instead? I do believe that we are pretty much at the precipice and while I hope the good guys can do this, we also need to do our part and that begins by documenting everything, making our intentions known and then giving them hell when they refuse to back down. Think of Q like Frodo and Sam with the ring and we're the remaining army leading a final attack against all odds to distract the enemy. They need us to continue making noise, taking back our school boards and everything else we can do peacefully and legally while they put the finishing touches on the big reveal.
I wish this had never come... but so do all who see such times... what matters is what we do with the time we are given... we CAN make the difference and one way or another we are going to WIN. NCSWIC. Sic semper tyrannous.
No exemptions needed, this isn't a religious issue, it's a basic human right recognized internationally through the Nuremberg code. The cabal lost the forced science experiment option when Germany lost WW2. Both the vax and the test are on EUA so they certainly can't be forced on you.
My wife has a vax or test situation at work. It's a school district so they know they can't discipline or fire her without exposing themselves to liability so they've been lawfare-ing it. She is refusing both (it's a vaccine mandate with an option to test which means the testing is an alternative to the vax and only unvaxxed have to test) so they are trying to get her to take unpaid leave willing by twisting their words to make it SEEM like she can't return to work.
They have, thus far, refused to give her a write up or terminate her so we're going to play chicken with them until they break. They have two choices, put her on paid medical leave, or let her work (if they need to come up with exemption for their own internal needs that's fine we sure aren't applying for one).
If you file for an exemption, and it's declined, you have used a very important legal bullet to no avail. You are recognizing their mandate's validity and stated that you BELIEVE you should be exempt. You are admitting they have the right to do this to you and REQUESTING that they make an exemption for you. Bad move.
You gotta reach down and muster up some courage and tell them no to both. Make them write you up or fire you, THEN you have a case. Otherwise they can say you consented with an exemption they denied.
Very important distinction, and you're right. Requesting an exemption is giving them ammo against you by recognizing the mandate as valid.
However, utilizing specific legal language in an exemption request could have a positive impact on your situation in some circumstances. For instance, if you specifically outline that their actions are a violation of your rights (depending on where you reside) and that you are demanding an exemption based on your legal rights, religious rights, religious beliefs, etc altogether, a denial could be of extreme benefit to you, especially one in written format.
Speak with a lawyer.
Thanks for the great information. She sent them a letter claiming basic human rights (right to medical freedom), the Nuremberg code, and work place discrimination as her inherent exemptions. Also stated, was the vax and tests are all under EUA and that she will not be participating in any medical experiments, procedures or testing. If any of this was FDA approved, the argument would have to shift to exemptions but, at the moment, I believe the EUA aspect is a strong foundation to place everything else on top.
We're going to see how they handle having their bluff called, at this point the goal is to get a disciplinary action or have them fire her. It's not a good job at this point anyway so we have much to gain and little to loose, otherwise we'd be contacting a lawyer preemptively.
