People would be in some kind of rabid state and they would bite others and tear flesh. I’m wondering if that was a trial period that was meant to coincide with these vaccinations.

I do remember when there were a handful incidents of people attacking others and eating their flesh a few years back. If I recall, they were taking a drug known as flakka (the devil's drug), or maybe it was bath salts. Either way, it seemed there were only a small number of cases but they were very sensational obviously.
Bath salts were just a name they used to be able to use convenience stores to distribute the drug
Bath salts, all the rage at the time...
Those people were on bath salts, and at the time, John McAffe was outspoken about experimenting with Bath Salts. Now he is (maybe) dead and the DS is involved.
I didn’t know John was outspoken about the salts. I will have to look into that. Thanks
Not only was he taking them, but he was manufacturing for his own use too.

Wow, this is super weird. I had no idea.
About Flakka: The New Designer Drug https://www.northpointrecovery.com/blog/about-flakka-the-new-designer-drug/
There is a lot of info on the site - just a few mentions - A recovering Flakka addict was interviewed, he stated that there is a zombie-like nature to people when they’re on the drug and it’s as though they’ve lost control of their muscles and their mind.
The stimulant used in bath salts and Flakka are not natural however. They are manufactured, usually synthesized in China.
Millennials are dealing the drug, importing it from China.
Interesting. I don’t recall hearing about Flakka, but I do remember hearing about bath salts.
I remember this too. At that time I had a bath soap business where I also made bath salts (matching scented epsom salts to soak in the tub) and some one contacted me on how to make them. Since I never was involved with drugs I had no idea what he was really asking.
The booster is really just bath salts? This should get interesting :)
Now that we know about experimentation on humans and animals, I don’t think anything is off the table at this point.
Mmmm bath salts.
