The logo alone trips my bullshit meter. I looks as if they drew every permutation of that logo from a normal infinity symbol to an almost straight "M" and then picked the one that looks most munted.

From what I read, "Meta" will become the parent company. Facebook's name will not change. Google has a parent company: Alphabet Inc.
