I would not be shocked to find out that over 30% of all drivers are operating a vehicle under the influence of some mood altering substance

Stats before the plandemic were showing approximately 25 percent of drivers were already impaired - more than likely due to Rx. Now add to that mix vaxxidents. Driving anywhere is risky business these days and I keep mine to a minimum.
