It means that the NWO puppets hadn’t realised that the Human Rights Conventions that were signed by all European countries including Britain BEFORE the EU or it’s predecessors are cast in stone and are a precedent over anything that they try to mandate.
In short forcing the shot on us is an abuse of us.
It means there's too much resistance for their plans to continue forward at exactly this moment so they are not increasing pressure right now, just holding things where they have them. Look for a new emergency or spike in cases or something and for them to then continue increasing the pressure.
