Romanians hate communists the most. Romania was one of the worst affected countries under the Soviet Union.

For a rundown of Soviet Union in Eastern Europe post WWII (one of the darkest things I've ever listened to ever) listen to Martyr made Podcast: Anti-Humans. You'll know why Romanians are so based and anti-communist.
