I would say the 'mandates' are really between the govmint and the business owner. If the business owner wants to go along with the mandates then he should be the one policing his establishment not his staff. And dont cry about his own limiting of customers.
Those businesses who dont agree with mandates should stand for their rights as mandates are not laws and theres a lot of angles that can be pursued starting with there is no proof of a rona virus in the 1st place.
