75% of people understand just enough to make it by. They do their best & never really question much. These are the types that in a group of 10 - if they see the other nine go the other way they flip flop without hesitation. They assume the other 9 must be right & conform.
%20 of folks know about the 75% and profit off being Predatory on them. They feast on them without remorse.
5% literally try to better everyone selflessly
There was a famous experiment in which volunteers were directed by scientists to give shocks to people behind closed doors when they answered test questions incorrectly. The strength of the shocks kept increasing. Two thirds of those delivering the shocks, although they heard the recipients screaming and felt stressed, continued to do as told by the scientists. One third refused to continue and quit the experiment. Likewise, one third of children raised in abusive households end up associating with other families and don't pass on the abuse.
Sad, but your numbers mesh with observation.
Time and time again.
It's logistically why we have to cherish THOSE THAT CAN SEE and understand real truth will fuck up quite a bit of people considerably and that doesnt make them bad.
