Devolution Part 6 seems relevant to this. It goes over how BLM/Antifa activity were heavily surveilled after the death of George Floyd. A DHS report back in June 2020 said they had captured 270 hours of footage. Now that was before Kyle's shooting in August, but I imagine they didn't stop surveilling after releasing that report.

Also means for those that haven't followed the Devolution series; it is quite possible that Antifa / BLM have been monitored and infiltrated for a long time. In order to monitor and infiltrate, they probably both have been designated terrorist organizations.
