"The City of Spokane Police Department called the case "complex," and said officers have been working diligently to solve the case."

That means the Spokane PD had been alerted to the crime and did nothing about it, forcing the dad's hand.

Because they're corrupt and worthless. We'd all be better off if 75% of the country carried, with sheriffs to handle official bullshit.

City and state police are the standing army the Founders warned us about.
