Brady material. Kyle cannot be tried if the government destroyed evidence that might tend to exonerate him.

How could there be a fair trial?

Fair enough. If he's effectively exonerated and can't be tried again, that's what I want for him. The kid has been through hell just for being a decent human being. I just don't want him to go through a trial again when he should be able to win here and now.
