I am operating under a new label though :)

I think we need to evolve from conservatism. Break it down to

Pro State (Transfer of Power to the State)
Limited State (Transfer most of the power to the People)

The deep state likes to confuse. This is why they like to create all these labels except (Pro State) (Statist).

I think using the word Limited State, Most people would agree with that.

The word conservatism is way to broad and not specfic enough.
