The defense lawyer did a trash job on jury selection and isnt great in arguments. He eben wants kyle to testify. Thing is Robert Barnes arranged a dream team for defense for Kyle, and it got dropped the day of jury selection.
Dig into David Hancock (money controller) and the defense lawyer, Mark Richards. something smells rotten on that front. Judge might be only dude who can save him if they aren't careful
The guys currently running the defense. (howard for finance and Richards for the case itself) Barnes has been flabbergasted about it for about 3 days on Viva Frei's podcasts.
I think he's been doing a pretty good job so far at zeroing in on some sketchy stuff with the ADA.

Chauvin's defense was FIRE and they still put him away. Because it's not about justice or what is right. It's about who can intimidate the Jury more.
Chauvins defense was indeed fire. I couldn't believe it when he got sentenced anyway.
Not surprising. The mob was outside the court every day and afterwards the jury members came straight out and said they were petrified of having their homes targeted.

Needs to be a mistrial. We cannot stand for any branch of government suppressing or destroying evidence in order to plant a false narrative and a false conviction. I do not care how lowly and expendable our government feels we are.

Yes. More peaceful protests. Because a peaceful protest will absolutely awake the country to the wide spread corruption of the justice system. Violently overthrowing the system in accordance with our constitution would be EXACTLY what the evil deep state wants.
