The judge was wrong here. CNN does know the law, they are misleading their viewers to cause division on purpose.
No worries though, soon we will all start callin them out the right way. Instead of calling them stupid, ignorant, etc we will call them out for purposely doing the things they are doing and their intent.
Too many children on this site...Not that it bothers me but how do you get downvoted for saying "How do you know the judge is wrong."...Sometimes this site fucking baffles me...
I don't know man. I value everything you bring to the table - Lord knows you've done exponentially more research than me. But I see this guy talk, and hear what he says, and it seems more Michael Landon than Marquette Mafia to me. I pray I'm right. WWG1WGA
Let’s hope you are right, however he absolutely went to Marquette which is a corrupt Jesuit institution in Milwaukee (there are about 30 in the US and Canada). Many of the corrupt judges and attorneys are part of the club, and you would be shocked at the extreme levels of deception and controlled opposition that are part of their agenda. It is highly coordinated and compartmentalized.
If you assume CNN didn't know the law and that is why they are going after Kyle. You would have to assume they would correct their story and tone on Kyle once being corrected by the judge. Did CNN do that? No.
Don't get caught up on semantics. CNN knew Trump didn't mock a disabled reporter, didn't collude with Russia, didn't call the KKK "Very fine people", didn't overfeed the fish in Japan, didn't tell people to inject bleach, but ran those stories anyway. Why? To make the masses hate Trump.
They are misleading on Kyle too because he also represents everything they hate.
Our mistake is to keep thinking they are just idiots who don't know any better. They know exactly what they are doing.
TBF, he knows what they're doing. Anyone with more than a handful of brain cells knows what they're doing. I'd like to think he's being tactful because that's his personality, but more over, his job.
We'll see how things shake out of course. But can you imagine the coverage he'd get if he excoriated the enemy publicly, this early into the trial? Wouldn't be a good look. Good vs Evil.

I'm not a lawyer so I wouldn't know....How do you know the judge is wrong...??
Judge was wrong about them not knowing the law.
They DO know the law.
They are intentionally misleading the public.

OP's saying CNN is deliberately misleading the public and could report honestly if they so desired, no doubt.
Correct....
Before anyone gets too optimistic about the judge, remember where he went to school.
What is the Marquette Mafia?
Scott Walker knows.

Thank you...well said...some people always miss the point...

Knowingly.
