The government was supposed to be using open source accounting. I can't remember what the actual story is or when said event took place. What I can tell you is that I stumbled onto the information doing some research in college and that it started I believe when Lincoln was president. Sorry I don't have sources, college was a while back.
A friend of mine who once held a deputy cabinet position in the Clinton administration tried to do exactly this many years ago, except it was focused on State and Local government because it's impossible to do this with the Federal budget (Black budget, SAPs, etc).
The software would crawl city, state and county records and show the end user exactly how their local tax dollars were being spent. Total accountability down to a very granular level.
The FBI raided their development studio, took every line of code and she spent the next 6 years in court and around 5 million dollars in the process. She "won" in that she was found innocent and did no jail time.
The software was never returned, nor was her 5 million dollars in legal fees. This occurred in the late 1990's.

I'm going to add to this. The brilliance of a Quantum computer is it can hold 2 states at once. If we were to free the World if tyranny, we could then instantly look at the Global future Ina Quantum way. Each person, Nation, Global population had their unique best interests. You then harmonize with those understanding of responsible barriers. You need to preserve the delicate nature of each organic economy. You are sensitive close to the home. Sensitive to Community connectivity. Now sensitive and responsive to Global advances on the largest masses achieve able.
I had two friends independent of each other (in different time frames) that both worked in the stock market. One on the trading floor and one in the backroom. Both of them told me that they use quantum intelligence to figure out how the market will go. They had analysis that did nothing but read the "quants" (their words). They read it off of emotions of all things.
Quantum thinking came to me. I didn't look for it. I organically behaved like a Quantum computer. So I was a safe human to channel tje energy through. I only enjoy it when I'm on GA.win or I'm thinking of a creative movie idea. My dream now is to make and Produce movies with many of the long standing fellow wise and noble thinkers on this site. I came up with a movie idea last night. The theme is about getting one last chance at fame and fortune, after you already thought the sun had set.

Thanks good person. It's all about the journey forward for me. I'd rather make an average movie with amazing people. Then use the Great energy of tje people around me to make a well attended movie. I just came back from a walk around a lake. During the walk, an idea hit me that makes the story more interesting. It's starting to take on a life of its own.
I've read that that is how all the great books were written. Authors say the stories in their heads came as an idea and took on a life of it's own. Eventually they had to write the story just to get it out of their minds before it drove them crazy, LOL. Seems as though you are onto something. I wish you the best.
Well Quantum energy is IMO The Higher Conscience, i.e. something that we are all striving to reach. I work with energy metaphysically, I am an empath and I literally see energy everywhere. So, I know for a fact that it is aware and in my experience if you say with intent how grateful you are for the opportunity that has been given to you for this exchange of ideas, then Quantum will let you know how to proceed.

I wrote a story last year that in hindsight, a Quantum energy helped me write it. Now I feel I should share the story ownership with it. How?
