When all the courts, including the US Supreme Court, refused to so much as hear evidence of election fraud, which involved the switching of votes for POTUS to the other candidate, and included acts of war by foreign governments, that was proof enough that the courts were not properly functioning.

That is when the military acquired jurisdiction.

What was a military intel guy doing at the DOJ? My guess has always been that he was the liason between the DOJ and military for declas of intel, and he was setting the stage for Huber/Durham to obtain the evidence for the prosecutions.

This is why Trump delegated declas authority to AG Barr, and did so publicly. I believe that AG Barr further delegated that authority to ECW, in a top secret order.

When the judges in the courts refused to uphold their oaths of office, they became traitors, and you cannot have a court system run by triators. You have to go with the alternative route -- the military tribunals.

1. Kevin Clinesmith -- FBI lawyer who forged CIA documents to falsely gain FISA warrants for FBI to spy on a political candidate

2. Michael Sussmann - lawyer hired by Hillary Clinton to manufacture false intel against her political opponent, for the purpose of affecting a US presidential election

3. Igor Danchenko - provided the primary source material (all fake, and all denied later by him) for the false Russia dossier, manufactured by Christopher Steele (foreign intel agent) and Nellie Ohr (Fusion GPS, related to Sussmann's law firm), who pushed it through Bruce Ohr (DOJ) and NoName (Congress).
