I listened to the stream. It was a guy by the name of Kirsch presenting info to the FDA. He is not FDA.

They were hearing concerns. That does not equal a confession. If your wife accuses you of cheating and you listen to her, that doesn’t mean you agree with her.

A better example: in court just because they hear witness testimony doesn’t mean they agree with the witness.
