OSHA intends [emph. added] the ETS to address comprehensively the occupational safety and health issues of vaccination, wearing face coverings, and testing for COVID-19. Thus, the standard is intended [emph. added] to preempt States, and political subdivisions of States, from adopting and enforcing workplace requirements relating to these issues, except under the authority of a Federally-approved State Plan. In particular, OSHA intends [emph. added] to preempt any State or local requirements that ban or limit an employer from requiring vaccination, face covering, or testing. Additional information on the preemption of State and local laws is found in Section VI.A. of the ETS preamble.
Do you see what I am seeing? The word "intends" and "intended" is used three times in this paragraph. When one intends to do something, it is announcing their intended objective. OSHA does not have this authority. They are not a medical practitioner. OSHA is being weaponized and this is part of the Obamacare plan top destroy the United States. Do you remember the provision for 'death panels'? OSHA is simply making a power grab to make it so. DO NOT ALLOW THIS TO STAND.

Contact them directly at 1-800-321-OSHA (6742) and ask questions trying to get them to admit the truth about this chicanery and deception and then tell them they have over-stepped their authority and this is a clear abuse of authority.
Employers will have to pay for “time for vaccination” which includes up to 4 hours paid time including travel at employee’s regular rate of pay and time for recovery from any side effects.
Non vaccinated (no shots at all, 1 shot, or less than 2 weeks after second shot) must be tested once every 7 days. If non vaccinated does not get tested, they are required to be removed from the workplace until they provide a test result. We will also have to keep records of all tests until the ETS has been dissolved. At that time, all records can be destroyed. OSHA does not require employers to pay for the testing, however there could be local/state laws that do require it.
OSHA put in a disclaimer that employers have to use a covid-19 test that has been cleared, approved, or authorized by the FDA to detect current infection. which I recall the current test must stop being used by the end of 2021. Not sure what test they will force us to use next. Not sure if there is even a test. That might be their way of saying sorry, no tests, you must get the shot now.
Employers have to establish, implement, and enforce a written MANDATORY vaccination policy.
Employers have to create and maintain a vaccination status roster of each employee. Which is also applicable to legal requirements for confidentiality of medical information.

He already got pressured into getting the one dose by his friends, well me and my grandma were devastated and begged him to not get the second one. He won't do it now but then this comes along?
