OK, but didn't a circuit judge (don't remember which) put an injunction on Trump's EO stopping flights into the US from certain countries? The injunction didn't just affect flights into say, Los Angels and not those into New York.
One of the things they need to argue. Is that vaccines are not needed. There are other treatments that work.

Seems to me since the mandate is nation wide, the stay is as well. A court can't rule on how a law applies to only a portion of those affected by it.
