I think I heard something about some sort of wheat grass, but can't remember exactly what.
Suggestions?
This is not for me.
Edit: Thank you for these suggestions! The person who asked me is actually willing to try some of these!

Pine needle tea
Star anise tea taste way better and is supposed to do the same as pine needle tea.
How often?
everyday
For how long?
i think it will become a daily regimen ...
I'm assuming it kills the spike protein.
It's a good source of Vitamin C. Use with caution, for it thins the blood. http://www.wildfoodies.org/WhitePine.htm
Ah... I am taking blood thinners as I have a misfiring heartbeat, pine needle tea makes me very sleepy.
Black cumin seed oil I think as well.
with Manuka Honey
Any sort of raw organic honey will do, but Manuka is the business.
NAC and Zinc.
What's NAC?
N-acetyl cysteine, you can buy it at health food stores
You can still get it online at Vitacost.
I believe NAC boosts your Glutathione levels in your body but your body can only use so much of it from supplemental forms. I was also reading that cold showers also increase your Glutathione levels. I need to do some more research on that but thought it was interesting indeed.
star anias
fennal seeds
asparagus
stay away from omega 6 oils like canola
That I can sell. What's in it that works against the vaxx?

mike adams natural news has alot of tips on all of this on bitchute
even how to extract your own medicine with an expresso machine but substituting the fennal or anise
Dr Ardis had a dood interview on Brighteon on ways to negate the spike proteins and other things. https://www.brighteon.com/786597c9-0c4d-4d0a-9c28-dd94395c29e1
My advice to you is to start drinking, heavily!
Homeopathic?
None......
There was however a vaccinated poster a week or so ago that said that he didn't experience any negative effects until he ran out of quercetin and it is a viable HCQ Ivermectin substitute so if I were in a situation where I would have to cover my ass and hope for the best, that would be what I would go for(and what I'm currently taking for prophylaxis(secondary/bonus reason) and primarily for all the other positive effects)
