She got the jab 8 months ago, caught a cold last week and her body shut down all her organs, she got myocarditis, and died. My neigbor got the jab too. He is now completely against the vaccine. I got to him too late to educate him. I moved there about 6 months ago and he was already jabbed. Sad man. She was fit, would do mirathons and drills. Only in her 30s. To me it sounds like ADE.

What are some common foods to avoid?
Almost all seed oils. Stick to olive oil, avocado oil, and coconut oil only.
No, you're right. Some lower quality seed oils have better omega ratios than olive, avocado, and coconut oil. But things like canola aren't as good for you, are heavily processed, and are more likely to have lower smoke points and oxidizing early. Im saying stay away from grapeseed, sunflower, and soybean oil cause they have poor ratios, and stay away from the others because they are low quality. I didn't expand much on this but keeping good omega levels comes down to this.
-Avoid processed foods.
-Avoid most seed oils.
-Avoid many nuts/seeds besides like brazil nut or macademia or pili.
-Eat fish/seafood/supplement omega 3.
Im talking about regular cooking. An oil for a therapeutic reason is different and wont apply much.
Avoid corn oil, peanut oil, canola oil, hydrogenated oils like Crisco and fake butters. Biggest inflammation culprits in the American diet are wheat and dairy (cheese, cream, milk more so than butter -- it's the casein protein and homogenized fat globules that cause issues).
High oleic safflower and sunflower oils are seed oils but are low in omega 6s and contain mostly monunsaturated fats which are good for you. Those are the only seed oils I'd even consider.
study Aajonus Vonderplanitz research he pioneered raw meat diet that has 98% cancer reversal rate and 200+ year life span.

I don't dispute that he might be onto something but man, I don't think I could stomach it.
Edit: I should clarify that I mean when it gets to the point of smelling and growing mold.
