Avoid corn oil, peanut oil, canola oil, hydrogenated oils like Crisco and fake butters. Biggest inflammation culprits in the American diet are wheat and dairy (cheese, cream, milk more so than butter -- it's the casein protein and homogenized fat globules that cause issues).

High oleic safflower and sunflower oils are seed oils but are low in omega 6s and contain mostly monunsaturated fats which are good for you. Those are the only seed oils I'd even consider.

Fish oil and algae oil are optimal forms of Omega 3s. Fish oil also has Omega 9s, which aren't discussed much but are important for nerve function. Otherwise, flax and walnuts have Omega 3s in a less optimal form.

Olive oil is best for everyday oil. Butter has A and K but too much saturated fat is inflammatory.

Beware -- some olive oils, and many avocado oils, are fake and are actually soybean oils (or cut with soybean/canola). There's info in vids and articles on how to spot real from fake. California olive ranch is genuine, to give an example.

Coconut oil has lauric acid and medium chain triglycerides, both good, but lacks oleic and linoleic fatty acids so don't depend on it exclusively.

A bit of everything is ideal.

If you want low-inflammation carbs, aim for fruit, sweet potatoes, winter squash. Also, pineapples and ginger are very anti-inflammatory.

Citizen Journalist also noted a firetruck siren passing by in that video and said it should show up at the live event if it was really being held in D.C. I found the footage of the live event and it had a siren at that exact moment. Unless they piped in audio remotely from D.C. I'd say it was held there. But, I still think Biden's 'admin' is a sham manned by a skeleton crew.

Paul was the Deep State operative of his time. Believe his words without question if you wish.

It doesn't 100% mesh with the Gospels because the Gospels were the beginning of the Great Apostasy, the turning away of Christianity from the original teachings of Christ.

Not only are most of the Thomas quotes in the Bible, but the Bible version is often "lesser" in the sense of missing some key lines of the saying or parable, getting it wrong, or being garbled in some way. The Gospel of Thomas is closer to the Q Source (no Q the patriot but Quelle = theorized undiscovered source document predating the Gospels). Funny how people calling themselves red-pilled will claim a product of political disinformation is the infallible word of God.

That's rich considering how the Gospels are chock full of pagan/mithraic, Jewish, and Greek neoplatonism ideas disguised as "Christian" storylines and symbols. If anything, the Gospel of Thomas is closer to the original teachings of Jesus and the Gospels are a corruption with a bunch of disinfo tacked on.

The letter Q is a symbol depicting the round opening of a water jug with the water pouring out, per how Aquarius is shown.

Evergreens also stay green throughout winter, when all else has become barren. Think dark winter, depopulation scenarios, desolation of the world as we know it. They intend to stay in power as everything burns down, then rule as masters/gods afterward.

HOLD UP guys! The siren at 4:20 in Richard'd video can be heard in the live stream at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1MMFpmfRQ4g around 1:50.

Unless this was inserted afterward, or spliced in via a live microphone in D.C. -- that suggests Biden was indeed in D.C. at the time.

The clapping was from 5 people according to the woman and was on the other side of a wall which would have reflected sound.

So I think Richard was mistaken in this case. Enemies will try to discredit us and this is the kind of thing they can point out, so yeah just a heads up.
