I just hope people are taking the time to get supplies stocked at a safe location. Freeze dried food, a water source, cash and precious metals, a weapon and ammo. In an actual grid down event, after 3 days all bets are off.
To my knowledge, only people that keep crypto on a hot ledger (e.g. in coinbase) will lose their crypto. Most people do this. Not a good thing.
If you keep crypto on a cold storage ledger (e.g. USB ledger) your crypto will be safe.
I'll never be made to believe crypto is as safe as actual hard currency or physical gold and silver.
I am with you 100%. I only purchased a small bit of non-Bitcoin/Ethereum crypto.
Currently stacking Gold and Silver.
Missed the mention of EMP. Correct. Anything with circuits not in a faraday cage is fried and will be back in the stone age.
