I find it quite bemusing how so many people will say, absolutely we’ve been lied to about literally everything, but go into spasms when the flat earth theory is brought up. It’s like people believe they’ll lie about everything except this.

There's no east to west edge; the Earth is continuous. I've traveled west from the west coast of USA to return to the East coast of USA, still going west. I've even been to the southern hemisphere and experienced changes in season.
East to west circumnavigation is easy cause it’s just a circle. Seasons are also easy the sun circles the earth along the tropics giving us our different seasons. Check flights from Australia to any Southern Hemisphere destination and prepare to have your mind blown.

I found a diagram showing the sun spiraling towards and away from the Earth-disc to create the seasons. Why and how does it do that? Also has it been observed that the other stars do this with their planets in other solar systems?

I outed myself as a flat earther on a construction job. A few healthy debates although I lack the skills to advocate enough to change any minds. I did however notice how I was as certain of my flat beliefs as they were the sphere. I believe we will get to find out a whole lot more things we thought were true but are big lies. Especially about our history. Also Space Force may be in charge of cyberspace.
I have been reaching people through Bible verses first then showing the scientific stuff to back it up. Once I demonstrate that they have to have faith to believe in flying space ball spinning through a vacuum the rest becomes a little easier
