As a FL parent myself, I can tell you that FL parents across the State are proud of this girl and her family for fighting the good fight...and winning. I only wish we could've read all the emails sent to the Palm Beach County School Board. Oh, to be a fly on the wall in those offices...

IF ONLY we could get her Parents on here, into a discussion on how many levels they can now SUE the school Board as both a Group, and then as Individuals....

They Applied the 13th Amendment to those Children, but went most heavily on her....

Not to mention the inverse of the 4th Amendment, where we are to be secure in our Person, Papers, belongings etc., BUT, they are NOT ALLOWED to ADD to those either....

And there are others.....

It looks like a Massive, Lawsuit against the Board, then lots of little suits against the individuals involved.....
