Every HS chemistry student knows this reaction as replacement of Hydrogen in an acid by a metal. It is a standard lab.
Aluminum sulfate is a salt thats soluble in water.
You can run this reaction with many metals and acids. They mostly produce salts that are water soluble. So what do you do with all that salty water?
